Who knows, they could’ve played your prom at one time! Over the years, the band has evolved and always keeps up with the ever-changing music scene. YES- they still perform the best PARTY and DANCE music in the region. The Machine has kept things rolling and fresh throughout the years. “Playing the best PARTY music in the best clubs is what the band is all about”. If we had a mission statement, that would be it! When you come and see The Machine, you will only hear DANCEABLE, FUN, PARTY rock and roll, AND you will have a great time. Headlining Band: Whiskey River For over four decades, Whiskey River’s musicians have thrilled audiences all over America playing the music of the legendary southern-rock band Lynyrd Skynyrd. Re-creating the image and the music of the southern rock band that took the world by storm in the 1970’s. Whiskey River not only plays Lynyrd Skynyrd, they personify the group onstage. Whiskey River’s tribute brings the audience back in time nearly 50 years as they blaze through 90-120 minutes of Skynyrd classics like “Sweet Home Alabama”, “Gimme Three Steps”, “The Breeze”, “That Smell”, “What’s Your Name”, “Saturday Night Special” and many more, plus their phenomenal note-for-note version of Lynyrd Skynyrd’s live guitar opus “Freebird”.
