Directions: From I-5 take the Kincaid Street Exit 226. Turn West, then take a right on First Street. We are the on the right-hand side of the street; 712 South First Street. Parking: In addition to street parking, that is generally available evenings and weekends, free parking is located along the Skagit River both north and south of the Skagit Riverwalk Park, accessible one block west of the Lincoln on Kincaid.
