Welcome to Mountain’s Out!

Mountain’s Out is a five-part education series sponsored by the Skagit Tourism Bureau – the official Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) dedicated to marketing all of Skagit County as a travel destination.

This series is all about how you make people feel while you perform all those service tasks you do for them. The lessons will help you share that sunny day –  when the weather is nice, and the Mountain’s Out – kind of feeling with all visitors to your day.

At the end of each video lesson, there will be a brief quiz. After successfully completing Mountain’s Out!, you will receive your certified Mountain’s Out! Official Hospitality Guide designation from the Skagit Tourism Bureau.
